Basic Support/Maintenance
- Basic paid annual Support/Maintenance entitles you to the following services: Technical assistance from TychoMetrics® support engineers via written and telephone consultation from 8AM to 5 PM PST, holidays excluded.
- Support to a representative from your company up to and for each 500 seats of product, plus one alternate (e.g., 1000 seats yields two support representatives, plus one alternate for a total of three).
- Efforts to correct or provide functionally equivalent work-arounds for errors in the software which are reported to TychoMetrics Technical Support.
- Notification and access to all maintenance releases of software which TychoMetrics generally makes available, not including new plug-ins to the software.
- Notification and access to modified documentation reflecting changes and/or enhancements to software.
- Access to TychoMetrics's web Technical Support.
The following services are excluded: services for versions
of software not licensed under the Right To Use Agreement;
services for software that has been modified by any party
other than TychoMetrics, unless otherwise approved by
Predicate Logic in writing; services for TychoMetrics
software not maintained or updated to the latest release
level; services which become necessary due to failure
of computer hardware, equipment or software programs not
supplied by TychoMetrics; or services which become necessary
due to catastrophe, negligence of customer, operator error,
improper use of hardware or software or attempted maintenance
by unauthorized persons.
